Abstract | Das von Csikszentmihalyi entworfene Flow-Konzept bietet ein interessantes Rahmenmodell für einen motivierten, erlebnisorientierten und lernwirksamen Sportunterricht in der Schule. Im Rahmen der Lehrveranstaltungen werden ausgewählte Aspekte (u.a. Flowerleben, Motivation, Aufmerksamkeitslenkung, Feedback) diskutiert und in die eigene Bewegungspraxis im Lehr-Lern-Kontext umgesetzt. | |||||
Learning objective | Die TeilnehmerInnen erhalten einen vertieften inhaltlichen Einblick in das Flow-Konzept sowie in verwandte motivationspsychologi¬sch (Selbstbestimmungstheorie nach Deci & Ryan, Leistungsmotivation u.a.m) und differential¬psychologisch (Selbstwirksamkeit, Attribution u.a.m) bedeutsame Konstrukte. In Verbindung zur aktuellen Exper¬tise-Forschung im Sport (deliberate practice vs. deliberate play; intuitive vs. deliberate Entscheidungen etc.) entwickeln die Studierenden praxisnahe Beispiele für den Bewegungs- und Sportunterricht in der Schule. | |||||
