Priority will be given to students who completed Seismic Design of Structures I (101-0188-00 G) and are in the primary target group (majoring in Structural Engineering and/or doing project-based coursework for other majors). |

| Zusatzinformation zum Prüfungsmodus | Student performance will be assessed based on the completion of the following mandatory tasks: * 40% Submitted project report; * 30% Final oral presentation and defense of the project (30 minutes per project); * 20% Interim oral presentation of the project (15 minutes per project). * 10% Several Moodle quizes offered during the semester to test individual knowledge of the lecture material (about 30 minutes per quiz). Project assignments focused on performance-based seismic design of a new building will be handed out in the third semester week. The first interim presentation will be in the eight semester week. The final presentation will be in the last week of the semester. The final report will be due at the last day of the semester. Students may work on the project alone, or in groups no larger than two people. |
