Abstract | Cells undergo major functional alterations as we age. In this course, we will discuss the basic molecular and cell biological mechanisms of cellular ageing. We will also discuss diseases related to cellular ageing and current rejuvenation and therapeutic strategies for cellular ageing in health and disease. |
