InhaltThe Swiss Pavilion with the title “Neighborhood” for the 2023 Architecture Biennale is curated by Karin Sander and Philip Ursprung. The topic originates in the fact that the Swiss Pavilion, by Bruno Giacometti is sharing a wall with the neighboring pavilion of Venezuela by Carlo Scarpa. The spatial proximity of the two buildings from the 1950s raises questions about the meaning of neighborhood. The lecture deals with the process of conception and realization of the exhibition and reflects on the conditions and possibilities of architectural exhibits in general.
