| Additional information on mode of examination | The deadline for deregistering is by the end of the second week of the semester. Students, who are still registered after that date, but do not attend the seminar, will officially fail the seminar. Grading is based on presentation *and* active participation in the seminar. A student must be present even if s/he is not the speaker. Acceptable reasons for absence are illness, military or civil service, and similar events that are beyond your control. All absences must be documented. |
