| Abstract | The collection and the methods of statistical and geographical analysis of road accidents are important fundamentals of this course. Safety Aspects in design of urban roads are discussed and measures for improving the safety situation are presented. Procedures of infrastructure safety management for administrations and police are another topic. |

| Additional information on mode of examination | Die Bearbeitung einer Hausarbeit inklusive einer Präsentation in der letzten Vorlesung gehen zu 30% in die Benotung der Sessionsprüfung ein (= obligatorisches Leistungslement). Die Bearbeitung der Hausarbeit inkl. Präsentation ist nur im Herbstsemester möglich. Weitere Randbedingungen werden in der ersten Vorlesung geklärt. |
