-Any additional rules for individual courses have to be respected
-Students showing any COVID-19 symptoms are not allowed to enter ETH buildings and have to inform the course responsible

AbstractThe course provides general basic insights and new perspectives in the development, plasticity and repair of the nervous system. The focus is on molecular, cellular and transgenic approaches, mainly with the mouse as model system.
ObjectiveThrough a combination of practical work with lectures, discussions, project preparations and presentations, the students learn basic principles of neural plasticity and repair in health and disease. The course is linked to ongoing research projects in the lab to provide the participants with insights into current experimental approaches and strategies.
