| Kurzbeschreibung | This lecture aims to enhance the knowledge and competency of students regarding their innovation capability. An overview on prerequisites of and different skills for creativity and innovation in individual & team settings is given. The focus of this lecture is clearly on building competencies - not just acquiring knowledge. |

| Zusatzinformation zum Prüfungsmodus | Project done during the semester is graded (compulsory continuous performance assessment). In this project students develop and apply a skill training session. The report, describing the theoretical foundation and the implementation of the training session, has to be submitted. This grade contributes 30% to the final grade. |
