Additional information on mode of examination
There will be an optional interim examination during the lecture approximately after the middle of the semester to assess the students' understanding of the covered concepts. It contributes 20% to the final grade, but only if it helps to improve the final grade. Lecture notes are allowed for the interim examination. A calculator is required.
