ETH doctoral students working on topics related to poverty reduction in low- and middle income countries may also be admitted. Registration only through the NADEL administration office. |
| Kurzbeschreibung | The course provides a deeper understanding of the methodological foundations of results-oriented planning and steering of development projects. Together with the participants, we reflect on the situation-specific application of instruments for project planning and the development of a monitoring system, which makes it possible, in complex contexts, to comprehensibly adapt and steer projects. |
| Lernziel | Participants are able to describe the project planning process using appropriate technical terminology, to make a comprehensive description of the initial situation and to initiate the elaboration of an intervention logic. Participants are also able to design monitoring processes and derive steering measures during project implementation. |
