KurzbeschreibungThe course provides an introduction to the steps included in the infrastructure management process.
LernzielUpon completion of the course, students will
- a general understanding of the steps required to manage infrastructure effectively,
- a general understanding of the complexity of these steps, and
- have an overview of the tools that they can use in each of the steps.
