AbstractThe course Russian V requires a knowledge which should come up to the level of the four preceding courses (four terms, with two lessons per week). This corresponts to the level A2 of the "European Framework". In case of doubt please contact the teacher prior to the beginning of the term.
Registration for the course at sprachenzentrum.uzh.ch is obligatory!
Learning objectiveThe course focuses on speaking, reading comprehension and auding as well as on cultural competence on a A2.2+ level according to the "European Framework".
Working forms: Single, pair, and group work, and plenum.
ContentThese are the contents of the course: talking about the weather; naming seasons and months; understanding touristic offers; uttering approval, refusal and indifference; making appointments; talking about holiday plans and arrangements; uttering prohibitions; drawing comparisons; talking about learning; indicating year and date; talking about interests; saying what one is busy with; talking about one's biography; saying what one would like to do; making and asking for recommendations; passing on information; saying how to get to a place; making suggestions. The course is supported by the learning platform OLAT.
Lecture notesWe work with the textbook "Otlitschno! A2" (starting from unit 6). Students are asked to acquire the "Kursbuch" (ISBN: 978-3190044788), "Audio-CD mit den Hörtexten zum Kursbuch" (ISBN: 978-3190244782) and the "Arbeitsbuch mit integrierter Audio-CD" (ISBN 978-3190144785).
