This laboratory course is for physics students with the elective subject biophysics. The topic of the work is determined individually, and will be in the context with ongoing research projects. Possible topics are NMR studies with proteins and RNAs including structure determinations in solution, development of novel NMR experiments, studies of protein-protein and protein-RNA interactions.
Learning objective
The students participate in an ongoing research project and they will be tutored by PhD students or postdoctoral fellows. The students describe the context and the results of the work in a final report.
Performance assessment
