This is an interdisciplinary course focused on sensing concepts that can be used to detect biomolecules for diagnostic and screening purposes, and on issues related to processes that take place at the interface between biological materials and electronics. The most interesting examples will be introduced and the underlying mechanism disentangled with the appropriate equations.
