| Abstract | The course provides a deeper understanding of the methodological foundations of results-oriented planning and steering of development projects. Together with the participants, we reflect on the situation-specific application of instruments for project planning and the development of a monitoring system, which makes it possible, in complex contexts, to adapt and steer projects. | ||||
| Learning objective | The course participants are able to describe the process of project planning using the correct technical terminology, to initiate an analysis of the initial situation and possible development scenarios, to elaborate a monitoring system, and to adaptively steer the implementation of projects. | ||||

The participants acquire knowledge and skills for the use of methods for the analysis of project processes and results and their use in project management.
