Abstract | The lecture focuses on the basics of agile product development, in which development processes are structured in the form of several short sprints. The lecture deepens the relevant technical and methodological knowledge for the implementation of the characteristic core activities: Design, Build, Test. | ||||
Learning objective | Students understand the concept of agile product development and know the most important elements for planning and executing a sprint. They know individual methods for finding and selecting solutions and can apply basic methods for risk and cost analysis. Students are also able to calculate drives and mechanisms for different operating conditions. | ||||

Abstract | The Mentored Work aims at teaching students to combine theoretical topics from their didactic education with practical aspects and to articulate the results in written form. The choice of the topic and the definition of the content is made in agreement between the students and the lecturer. | ||||
Learning objective | The topic of the thesis should be chosen in such a way that at least one of the following teaching objectives can be achieved: - Students are able to reflect on their own or others teaching in terms of accepted criteria of learning effective teaching. - Students learn to plan and conduct lessons based on a topic from their subject area. - Students learn to deal with technical or didactic topics in depth from a pedagogical point of view. | ||||
Content | The content of the work will be discussed individually in a preliminary meeting. In addition to the thematic frame, the methodical and didactical focus of the work is defined. | ||||

Abstract | The teaching internship offers students the opportunity to put the knowledge gained during their didactic education into practice at a Fachhochschule or a Berufsfachschule. The internship comprises a total of 30 lessons, of which 10 lessons are observed and 20 lessons are taught. | ||||
Learning objective | Students can evaluate the teaching of others with regard to general didactic aspects and communicate their observations. They can also fully prepare and conduct their own lessons. Students are able to guide learners through their lessons and actively involve them in the lessons. | ||||
Content | The teaching internship is led by an internship teacher who is assigned to the student by the lecturer of the subject didactics. In regard to the observations, the internship teacher explains his or her professional and didactic considerations, on the basis of which he or she has planned the lessons, and exchanges experiences and observations with the student during the internship. The internship teacher must attend all lessons given by the student and discuss them with the student before and after the lessons. Two lessons at the end of the internship are held as examination lessons, which are jointly assessed by the subject didactics teacher and a subject representative. | ||||
