AbstractThis course provides participants with the challenging opportunity of working on a real project in collaboration with HHM (Heft. Hess. Martignoni.) - a leading company in the building industry.
Learning objectiveIn your team, you work on a specific innovation project originating in the current strategic agenda of HHM's top management. You conduct interviews with members of the management team, with internal and external experts as well as clients and discuss your ideas with the CEO and other executives. You gain first-hand experience on the competitive dynamics of the construction industry.

Sessions that take place in room H326 (participation is mandatory). All other dates are meeting slots for student teams to meet and to work independently on assignments (without lecturers). The booked rooms can (but don't have to) be used for group work. Teams can also decide on different dates to meet according to the teams' schedule.

In addition to the schedule, we will meet outside ETH on 27.02.2018, 12.30-9pm and 22.05.2018, 12.30-9pm (time includes commute).
