Learning objective | The students should be able to: 1. recognise the diverse causes and aspects which affect the motor action competency 2. differentiate and classify the basic requirements of the muscular adaptive control with regard to its coordinative competences 3. recognise and oppose the various coordinative abilities to one another 4. deeply experience and specifically improve their own coordinative competences in typical examples particularly in the area of auto movement 5. get to know and implement different learning strategies into their own motor movements | ||||

Abstract | To get to know and understand the basics of movement (core movements) and its respective actions and functions on the floor, in acrobatics and partner acrobatics as well as in Parkour and Freerunning to create individual and cooperative combinations according to qualitative criteria. | ||||
Learning objective | The students should be able to: - acquire and consolidate core movements as well as to apply and create such combinations - utilize their own strength as well as the resulting impact in a differentiate way in order to precisely and economically move the swinging, flying, falling and twisting body - gain orientation safety and room orientation while twisting and flying - gain sensitivity for social competences (e.g. to assist, to observe, to advise) within a small group. | ||||
Content | - Parkour - Freerunning - acrobatic cooperation in a threesome on a course of apparatuses - skills of partner acrobatics - core movements and combinations on the floor, the airtrack and the wall - vault springs and touching down springs (stuetz springs) to overcome obstacles - methodical didactical inputs | ||||

Content | - further core movements und its combinations on high bar, parallel bars, uneven bars, swinging rings and on the trampoline - combination of landing positions and the acquirement of somersaults on the trampoline - handsprings and (free) somersaults back- and forwards, respectively twists back- and forwards on different apparatuses - integrated theoretical coherences of the qualitative movement learning process - conveyance of methodical and didactical principles as well as topic specific criteria |
