Content | Introduction, historical retrospection, design boundary conditions and requirements, structural analysis and dimensioning, bridges as spatial structures, superstructure, equipment. Composite bridges, plate girders, diaphragms, assembly of steel and composite bridges. Girder bridges, free cantilevering method, arch bridges, frame and slab bridges, cable stayed bridges, skew and curved bridges, external post-tensioning, bridge piers, abutments, foundations. Pedestrian and railway bridges. | ||||
