Kurzbeschreibung | Successful dissemination of scientific results to policy-makers and the wider public is an essential skill at the intersection of science, technology and policy making. This course looks at the expectations and needs of different target groups and teaches “best practices” for different modes of communication via a variety of exercises. |
Lernziel | The aim of this course is to learn about science communication in theory and learn how to apply this knowledge in practice through different formats and media, aimed at different audiences. |

MSc students, PhD students and postdocs with a science and technology background have priority; weekly meetings of minimum 2, maximum 3 hours during FS (Spring Semester); grading based on the exercises and final products on a 1-6 point scale |
